$150 with RP or RP (Qualifying)

We provide a safe and secure setting to investigate and support individuals with a comprehensive therapeutic approach. We use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and Humanistic and Experiential Modality therapies. We provide assistance with relationship problems, anxiety, depression, grief, or emotional support for traumatic or stressful life experiences. We will help you develop new skills to help you overcome the barriers that are preventing you from living a balanced life. We are delighted to hear from you and walk alongside you as you pursue your path to wellness.
